Primary school can be exciting, but it can also be overwhelming. Children are learning lots of new things in reading, writing, maths, and science all at once. Sometimes they need extra support to understand tricky topics or to feel more confident in class. At Boost Education, our Key Stage 2 (KS2) tutor works with each child individually, helping them understand the topics step by step and giving them the confidence to tackle their schoolwork.

All lessons are based on the national curriculum, so your child is learning what they need for school. Tutors focus on the areas where they need the most help, whether that is times tables, fractions, spelling, grammar, or science experiments. Some children need help catching up, some want to stay on top of their work, and some want to challenge themselves. Lessons are always adjusted to fit your child’s needs so that learning feels achievable and even enjoyable.

Sessions are available online or in our centres, whichever works best for your family. The lessons are interactive and designed to keep children engaged. If something is confusing, the tutor will go over it in different ways until it makes sense. The aim is for children to understand and apply what they are learning rather than just memorising facts.
